Bambi Awards 2009 - Highlights

German film industries most coveted award- Bambi 2009 one held on 26th Nov at Potsdam's Filmpark Babelsberg.


Bambi Award is present annually to recognize excellence in international media and television.

Kate Winglet won the international actress award. The aware was presented to her by her 'the Reader' fellow artist, Bruno Ganz.

The International Actor award was won by Christoph Waltz, for his portrayal as Col. Hans in the movie Inglorious Bastards Shakira won the 'International Pop' award. The two-time Grimy award winner also performed "Did It Again" from her latest Album "She Wolf".
