The 11 yrs old Jaden Smith will act along side Jackie Chan in this movie which is schedule for release in June 2010 release.
Jaden will be playing the role of a young boy 'DRE' who moves from America to China with his mother played by Taraji P. Henson. Jackie Chan as 'Wong Tong' would be a very funny character.
The storyline is inline with the original movie. The shooting of the noise stipulated to start next year.
Jaden has been under Karate training for the past four month now under Master Wu (fight coordinator for the movie). Jaden has also received basis acting lessons from Jackie Chan. The Master -student combination is showing its color even before the movie begins-Will Smile expressed happiness on Jaden becoming disciplined every since he started his training for the movie days.
