When the whole world in going gaga about the New Moon, Robert and Kristen preferred to spend time together away from the media and the public. 
The Couple didn't attend the official New Moon party which was attended by the other cast members that included - Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Peter Facinelli. They were accompanied at the party with Fergie, Olivia Palermo and the Gossip Girl stars - Jessica Szohr, Ed Westwick and Taylor Momsen at the Manhattan club The Box.
Robert and Stewart got the sense of the atmospere in The Box, and opted to venture some where else. Some where away from the media some where away from the crowd.
Initially they hung out with the cast members which included Taylor Lautner at the membes-only Soho House.
Then around 1:30AM the couple arrived at the Avenue where they were accompanied with a graud to provide some privacy. They giggled and sat very close to each all time long till 3AM. Accompanying then was Joan Jett . The couple then left with the place for there home (repective homes) holding hands.
